Elvis Fanaian
Mortgage Broker
Elvis has had a passion for numbers from a young age. Born in Sydney, Elvis attended primary school in the west and high school in the CBD.
In 2014, he achieved a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from The University of New South Wales.
In 2021, he achieved a Bachelor of Laws from The University of New England.
During this time, Elvis also worked as a construction estimator for 6 years. His tenure included working for leading home builders and developers. Elvis runs a Construction Estimating business alongside Cavpex Finance. Like estimating, Elvis loves running the numbers to see what options his clients have.
In his own time, Elvis enjoys travelling, playing soccer and cycling. Sydney is home for Elvis. He enjoys the vibrant atmosphere, extensive diversity and wonderful restaurants throughout the metropolitan.
